What we collect
When you contact us through this website — a tour request, an enrollment enquiry, a question about the program — we collect what you give us: your name, phone number and email address, and whatever you tell us about what you are looking for. We also record which page you came from and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the click that brought you here, so we know which advertising is working.
What we use it for
To answer you. We use your details to send the class schedule, tuition and enrollment information you asked for, to arrange and confirm campus tours, and to follow up about the program. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
Mobile information
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, and are used only to send you the messages you agreed to receive.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need to: our staff, and the service providers who deliver our messages, host this website and keep our records on our behalf. They may use your information only to provide that service to us. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
If you ask us to text you, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Our SMS Terms set out the whole program.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up with you or to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed school. You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it: email [email protected] and we will.
Children
This website is intended for people considering enrollment. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
